The Membership Programme is open to all individual residents of Malaysia with valid/registered mobile number and shall be of the age of 16 years and above as at the start of the Programme Period (“Member”), subject to the terms and conditions herein contained.
Each person may only register and own 1 membership account at any one time. Membership points and privileges are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for (i) cash (in full or in part), (ii) non-designated products or (iii) non-designated Rewards (as defined hereafter) and may only be used by the Members for purposes outlined in the programme.
All applications to become Member are subject to valid proof of purchase at Mobile 2 Go Group’s Outlet & Online store in Malaysia.
The approval of the application is at the sole discretion of the Mobile 2 Go Group and may reject any applications without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
Members must provide their valid/registered mobile phone number when requested by Mobile 2 Go Group or its employees, in order to enjoy the relevant membership benefits or privileges.
Membership points will only be awarded if a valid proof of purchase presented at the cashiers during payment or any related department.
Every RM1 spent at the Mobile 2 Go Group’s Outlet & Online store entitles you to 1 Membership Point. Membership Point will not be awarded for the purchase/redeem of any Point Redemption product(s).
Redemption on product(s) or goods is subject to availability of stocks. In the event of non-availability or discontinuance of any product(s) or goods, Mobile 2 Go Group reserves the right to substitute an item with another brand/ product of equivalent monetary value.

All Members are subject to the terms and conditions of the Membership, which may be changed, revised, supplemented, suspended, withdrawn or terminated by the Mobile 2 Go Group at any time without prior notice. Members are entitled to enjoy the relevant benefits and privileges of the Membership throughout the programme Period.
Any redemption request made and ordered by the Member, once accepted by Mobile 2 Go Group, cannot be revoked, cancelled, changed, returned or exchanged by the Member. All Membership Points that have been redeemed will not be credited back into the Member’s Account.
If you provide any personal information Mobile 2 Go Group which give us permission to contact you for marketing purposes, which may include messages via post, SMS or email. You can decide to opt-out of these types of marketing messages at any time.
